The Bainbridge Companies Breaks Ground on Luxury Apartment Community in Charlotte

The Bainbridge Companies LLC has announced construction has begun on Bainbridge Mallard Creek.

The Class A multifamily community will be located at 2610 Beard Rd, Charlotte, N.C., and is slated to open by Fall 2025 with a construction completion date by Summer 2026. Nearby, Ayrsley Lofts and Matthews Square Apartments are in Bainbridge’s managed portfolio of communities. Bainbridge has also developed and sold NoDa Flats, Maddox South End, and Ventura Research Park in the area.

Bainbridge Mallard Creek will offer 320 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 783 to 1,370 square feet with features including quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances in kitchens, open linen areas with built-in shelves in bathrooms, keyless entries, smart thermostats, and full-sized washers and dryers.

Community amenities include a resort-style pool with a sundeck, a resident clubhouse with a kitchen and a coffee bar, an outdoor living room, a coworking space, a private study, a dog park, and a fitness center with free weights, strength training machines, and a cardio station.
