The Ceinture, 54 modern luxury condominium residences, coming to South Boston
A newly proposed six-story, 54-unit residential building at 20 West 5th Street in South Boston, located steps to Broadway Station, will be called The Ceinture and will feature 54 modern luxury condominium residences. Condominium sales are tentatively scheduled to launch in 2018, pending city approval; construction of The Ceinture is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2018, with an expected duration of 18 months. A Project Notification Form (PNF) for The Ceinture has officially been filed with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), who is now reviewing the project. A Letter of Intent (LOI) to file the PNF was filed last April. The Ceinture will feature breakthrough design and distinctive luxury amenities including concierge service, luxury finishes and a common roof deck overlooking the Boston skyline.
