The Central Building Development Group Receives Financing
Worcester based, The Central Building Development Group has received financing in the amount of $28,645,750 million from three separate lenders. The funds are allotted for their development project, The Central Building, located at 332 Main St in Worcester.
The property featured in the recent film, American Hustle, is being converted from an office building to 55 residential units with ground level retail. The loan amount, in the form of a mortgage, came from TD Bank ($19 million), Mass Housing ($4.7 million), and New Garden Park, Inc ($4,945,750 million).
