The Davis Companies Wins Approval for 330K SF Seaport Expansion Project
The Davis Companies received approval for a proposed renovation and expansion of the industrial office building at 88 Black Falcon Avenue in the Seaport. Support was given to the project from Boston City Councilors Ed Flynn and Michael Flaherty.
Plans call for a four-story, 330,600 SF addition to the existing 3-story office space for lab and office space. The project will bring the building height up to 137 feet and add 174 new parking spaces with the addition of a new parking deck. The final development will feature a total of 684,510 SF of space.
