The Edmund in Reston Trades for $133M
Brookfield has sold The Edmund in Reston, part of the Halley Rise development, to Harbor Group International for $133,000,000. The building anchored by an 80,000-square-foot Wegman's offers over 350 luxury units and an additional 6,000 square feet of restaurants and retail space. Units range in size from studios through three bedrooms with amenities including a resort-style pool, a fitness center and a coworking lounge.
