The Hill to Bring 598 Housing Units
The city of Quincy's Planning Board will hold a special hearing regarding FoxRock Properties plans to turn the former Quincy Medical Center into 598 housing units dubbed as “The Hill.”
The special hearing on the development will take place at 7PM on Wednesday (10/24) Historic City Hall.
FoxRock's plans include restoration of the Quincy Hospital Administration Building and repurpose it as a mixed-use building during and after the construction of the development.
According to the developer's plans, 9.5-acres of the land would remain as green space including an “enhanced” Glendale Park. According to FoxRock, if the project is approved, construction would begin in 2019 and occur in multiple phases.
