The Illustrator Update 02/27/23

The Illustrator Awaits Final Exterior Trim Pieces

With the exception of the ground floor, where glass storefront panels, as well as a few various trim pieces, still need to be installed, facade work has finished on a 6-story, mixed-use project, going up at 600 North Avenue in New Rochelle. Since our last update, the construction scaffolding has also been completely removed, revealing unhindered views of the new windows and brickwork. In addition to all of this, the project team is now very far along with the interior finishing process.

Developed by  and designed by The Sullivan Architecture Group, the building will be known as "The Illustrator". It is set to contain residential units and square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
