The LaSalle Residences Update 11/14/24

The LaSalle Residences Approved by City Council 

The City Council has approved an office-to-residential conversion at 208 S. LaSalle in the Loop. The plans involve converting 225,000 square feet of the building’s 13th through 17th floors into 226 residential units. The lower 12 floors are currently occupied by a JW Marriott Hotel, while The LaSalle Hotel occupies floors 18-22, both of which will remain in place. The $123 million project will feature a new expansive rooftop with an outdoor pool, a private dog run, fitness center, residential lounge, and co-working space.
