The Micozzi Companies, based in Allston, MA have acquired a 4-story mixed used property in the heart of Brighton center for $9.9 million.
The property, built in 1910, features a 14,484 square-foot building with 4 ground level commercial units and 12 apartments on the upper-level floors.
