The Mixed-Use Redevelopment of the College Station Garage is Granted Approval By Miami Parking Authority
The College Station Towers project has been given the green light by the MPA to start the pre development process. The project has been approved for two residential towers with 600 apartments each and would be built and owned by the developer and will also include 30,000 square feet of commercial space. 180 of units in the entire project will be dedicated to workforce housing. A 1,355 parking-space garage will be built and will be owned and managed by The Miami Parking Authority being built at no cost to the agency.
The team hopes to break ground very soon.
