The Neighborhood Developers Acquire Everett Church Property
Chelsea based, The Neighborhood Developers Inc, have acquired the property at 795 Broadway in Everett for $2.55 million.
The property, formerly owned by the Archdiocese of Boston, is home to St. Therese Church. The development will include a new building on Broadway with 77 affordable rental homes for seniors aged 62 and older, with a new health center on the ground floor to serve building residents and members of the broader community.
