The Resmark Companies Invests $21M in Rockville Townhome Site
The Resmark Companies has closed on a land bank investment of $21,696,934 for the property at 6000 & 6060 Montrose Road Plans for the site call for 107 townhouse units, 34 stacked two-over-two multi-family units. The subject property consists of a gross tract area of 12.62 acres generally bounded by Montrose Road to the north, Towne Road to the east, Montrose Parkway to the south, and East Jefferson Street to the west, mostly vacant land except for s an approximately 3,120 square foot automobile service station constructed in 1985.
