The Rutherford at Mark Center Approved
The Alexandria Planning Commission has approved plans for The Rutherford at 5000 Seminary Road in Alexandria. The new building will include 367 residential units with 25 designated affordable. As part of the project, the landscaping and open space surrounding the building have been planned to provide a mix of active and passive areas. A dog park and pickleball/multiuse court are located to the northwest of the building with an open grass area to the northeast.
