Theater Dropped from Woburn Village Development
EDENS has dropped plans for a luxury movie theater originally included in the Woburn Village development. The planned 38,000 SF theater space will be replaced with a community green space flanked by ground-level restaurants adjacent to the 350-unit Avalon Woburn.
Approved in 2019, Woburn Village will feature 595,000 SF of mixed-use space along Mishawum Road.
