Third Amendment of Additional Space at Factory 63 Apartments

This Amendment seeks to acknowledge an additional 848 square feet of the existing 63 Melcher Street basement space as gross floor area for Office and/or Cultural and/or Community use. A Second Amendment, approved by the BPDA Board on November 30, 2017, previously acknowledged 2,695 square feet of the 63 Melcher Street basement space as gross floor area for Office and/or Cultural and/or Community use. 

This Third Amendment will bring the total gross floor area for Office and/or Cultural and/or Community use of the 63 Melcher Street basement space to 3,543 square feet.
