Three Building Mixed-Use Project Under Review in Dorchester
Plans are now under review for a three-building mixed-use project on a 59,000 square foot site along Willow, Baker, and Fields Court in Dorchester. The project would include 236 apartments, 70 being compact units, with around 20,000 square feet of commercial space, and 59 parking spaces. Resident amenities for the buildings include a residential lobby and lounge, fitness room, conference rooms, and a work bar with coffee stations, and a rooftop lounge with views to Boston. According to the filing the development team hopes to begin construction in the 2nd quarter of 2021 with construction lasting around 2 years.
