Tilt Walls Lifted at TIA Logistics Center
All of the tilt-wall panels have been lifted and construction at TIA Logistics Center is expected to be completed by the end of January 2023. The property is just north of Tampa International Airport’s Air Cargo entrance. Located in an amenity-rich area, the property is near an abundance of hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls within a 10-mile radius. The building offers 245,000 SF of Class A industrial space with 64 dock-high doors, 2 ramps on either side of the building, 245 car parking spaces and 58 trailer parking spaces.
