Toast to Vacate Fenway HQ
Restaurant tech company Toast has announced plans to vacate their office space at 401 Park Drive. The firm is planning to leave the 8th-floor space by Jun. 30 and will then vacate the 5th-floor at the end of 2024. The lease for the roughly 133,000 square feet of space was set to expire in 2029. Toast will pay $16M to Alexandria for the early termination.
