TOCCI Begins Work on Two Renovation Projects in the Lincoln District of Worcester
TOCCI is delighted to announce the start of two renovation projects in Worcester: WPI’s South Village Expansion for Hampton Properties and the Worcester Memorial Auditorium for Architectural Heritage Foundation!
Work recently commenced at the WPI South Village, where the TOCCI Team is revitalizing three Victorian mansions into student housing for Worcester Polytechnic Institute. TOCCI also begins work at the historic Worcester Auditorium, with scope including non-structural interior demolition, finishes, and selective abatement. These two developments are within walking distance of each other and straddle the recently completed historic restoration of the Courthouse Lofts (performed by TOCCI). "We are proud to take part in the “repositioning” of Lincoln Square, one of the city’s most unique and historic neighborhoods."
