1. The Hub on Causeway

$950 million development spanning a total of 1.87 million square feet of residential, hotel, office and retail space. Opening in late 2018, The Hub on Causeway’s first phase will feature 175,000 square feet of creative office space including a new 38,000-square-foot WeWork location, 210,000 square feet of retail including Star Market, ArcLight Cinema and a new entertainment venue by Big Night Entertainment Group and Live Nation, and 64,000 square feet of TD Garden expansion space. 888 Boylston is a 17-story, 425,000-square-foot ultra-sustainable office and retail building featuring 365,000 total square feet of office space anchored by Natixis Global Asset Management and 60,000 square feet of retail occupied by Eataly, Tesla and Under Armour and soon to be home to a Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House opening during the second half of 2018. 3. Boston Volvo Village Redevelopment

Boston Volvo Village’s 5.3-acre property, located in a prime location steps to the new Boston Landing commuter rail station, will be redeveloped into new housing, office and retail space. The project's first phase, the restoration of the historic 5-story, 71,000-square-foot office building at 61 North Beacon Street, into a new dealership and offices for Boston Volvo Village, ground-floor retail and 28,000 square feet of upper-floor office or R&D space for lease, is now underway. Tishman Speyer's $500 million Pier 4 development project overlooking Boston Harbor will feature a 13-story office building containing 353,000 square feet of office space with 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a nine-story residential building containing 106 luxurious one-to-four-bedroom condominiums with 17,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Both buildings will feature rooftop terraces and state-of-the-art amenities. Boston Consulting Group has leased 202,000 square feet across the top 7 floors of the office building, becoming Pier 4’s anchor office tenant. Pier 4 will include a one-acre public waterfront park. Upcoming 19-story, 453,768 square foot office tower that will be located at the intersection of Broadway and Galileo Galilei Way in the heart of Kendall Square. 145 Broadway will be home to the new headquarters of Akamai Technologies, who has fully leased the building’s office space.
