Topping Out at St. Joseph Apartments
A topping-out ceremony was held for the St. Joseph Apartments, a multifamily project in Glendale to include 268 units.
The CBG team, along with Modu Tech and DHP Construction, recently celebrated the topping out of this 268-unit, four-story, five-building community in Glenarden, MD.
St. Joseph is scheduled for completion in November and will feature luxury amenities and spacious units with condominium-quality finishes.
