Tower Crane Comes Down at 33 Westchester Place
The tower crane has now been disassembled at 33 Westchester Place (aka 316 Huguenot Street); a topped-out, 27-story, mixed-use tower project, going up in New Rochelle, New York.
Developed and constructed by , the building comes as the final component of a three-building development, known as Westchester Place.
Designed by , it will contain rental apartments, offered in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a 2,000-square-foot coworking suite, valet parking, multiple lounges, a screening room, outdoor BBQ stations, and a rooftop, "Sky Lounge", featuring a pool and an outdoor terrace. Plans also call for ground-floor retail space. Construction is expected to complete sometime in early 2025.
