Tower Crane Coming Down at Elizabeth House Project
Costello Construction is disassembling the north tower crane at Elizabeth House III in Silver Spring. The mixed-use development will feature a 16-story, 267-unit affordable senior housing apartment building, a Senior Wellness Center, and a 130,000 SF recreation center. The project will also include three public community pools, a fitness center, and lockers, meeting/class space, a primary care facility, and underground parking.
