Tower Crane In Place for 1st Phase of Northwest One Development
The tower crane is in place and above-grade construction is underway for the first phase of Northwest One in Foggy Bottom. This first phase of the project will include a 220 unit, 5-story building with an outdoor courtyard and 83 garage parking spaces. In total, the project will offer 750 units across the 3.5-acre site.
