Tower Crane in Place for 370K SF Kendall Square Lab Project
Work continues on the below-grade parking garage for 325 Binney Street with the tower crane also now in place. The upcoming 370,000 square-foot building will feature state-of-the-art, highly sustainable space for science and technology companies. The building is being constructed on the approximately 4.4-acre site formerly occupied by the Metropolitan Pipe & Supply Company.
