Tower Crane in Place for Whitman-Walker Health at St. Elizabeth's
Construction of a new health center, Whitman-Walker Health at St. Elizabeth's in Southeast DC, is well underway with the tower crane now in place. The new 118,000-square-foot center will provide primary, behavioral, and dental care, treatment for substance use disorders, and more. The Whitman-Walker site will also include a ground-floor pharmacy as well as the headquarters of the Whitman-Walker Institute – the organization’s research, policy, and advocacy arm.
