Tower Crane Permit Issued for 400 N Elizabeth

A tower crane permit has been issued for the first tower of a two-tower mixed-use development in Fulton Market. The project will include 724 apartments and 300 parking spaces split between the two buildings. The eastern tower will rise 33 floors to 349 feet, while the western tower will have 31 floors and reach 328 feet. Both towers will feature ground-floor lobbies with small retail spaces, as well as a driveway for loading and drop-off. Plans also include 28,000 square feet of green space with a dog run, pedestrian path, seating, bike racks, and a sculptured terrace.
