Trammell Crow Names GC of New Plainfield Business Center Facility
Trammell Crow Company has selected Krusinski Construction as the general contractor for its speculative warehouse development at the Plainfield Business Center, located on a 52-acre site. The first phase of the project will include a 788,000-square-foot warehouse with a 40-foot clear height, 80 dock doors, and 211 trailer stalls. Once fully developed, the Plainfield Business Center will span more than 8 million square feet across the 52-acre site.
