Transformative 20-Story, 660K+ SF Project Proposed in Quincy
A Quincy-based property developer has filed plans for a transformative mixed-use downtown development in Quincy. Named "Switchpoint," plans call for a 3-part development featuring 150,000 SF of Class-A office space, a 490-space parking garage, and a 20-story, 285-foot mixed-use tower featuring 200 residential units and a 125-room hotel.
Amenities include a two-story, 8,000 SF restaurant, MBTA Red Line connection, and a rooftop pool.
