Tree Permit Applications Filed for Site of Menesse Brickell
A developer has filed a tree permit on the site of a proposed 39-story residential tower called Menesse that will rise in Brickell. Menesse is planned to be 426 feet tall. It will include 400 residential units and 415 parking spaces. The proposed building at 143 SW 9th St in Brickell and will feature an impressive view of the Miami skyline. The project is expected to create a major new development in the city and is sure to be popular with residents and visitors alike.
