Tree Permit Submitted for 80-Story Supertall in Brickell
An affiliate of Swire Properties has applied for a permit to remove 126 trees at the site of the recently FAA-approved "One Brickell City Centre". The site at 700 Brickell Avenue was approved on July 15th by the FAA to rise 1,049 feet.
One Brickell City Centre is planned to rise 1,040 feet and 80 stories and include nearly 2 million square feet. If built, it would replace Atlanta's Bank of America Plaza as the tallest building in the Southeastern United States.
