Originally designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), and constructed in 1958, the building contains square feet of office space, spanning floors 2-14.

The ground floor features square feet of retail space, spread amongst 3-units, as well as 4,300 square feet of storage space.

Altogether, 830 3rd Avenue totals square feet, and stands feet tall. The building received a full renovation back in 1994, and later a second renovation in 2018, which updated the lobby and the elevator systems. The property currently maintains LEED Gold certification.
