TV Production Studio Tops Out in Woodside

, with the help of J.C. Steel Erectors, has topped out the superstructure of a brand-new, film and TV production studio, going up at 48-37 48th Street in Woodside, Queens.

Developed by

 and to be known as "East End Studios Sunnyside Campus", the 5-story building will feature 91,250 square feet of stage area, consisting of 3 large, state-of-the-art, sound stages, with 37’ clearance heights and 1 flexible sound stage, with 27' clearance heights.

The building will have 8-loading docks and an underground parking garage, with enough room for

vehicles. Plans also call for office, production, and support spaces, totaling 159,000 square feet, as well as approximately 12,000 square feet of milling space, and 9,000 square feet of rooftop terraces.
