Two Development Teams Submit Plans for Uphams Corner RFP
The city has received two proposals for the redevelopment of 555 Columbia Road and 559 Columbia Road in Dorchester. The first proposal from Caritas Communities & NHP Foundation calls for space for a library, an Innovation Studio, and 72 units of mixed-income housing. The second plan from Civico development would include 33 condo residences over a roughly 20,000-square-foot library.
