Two Dupont Circle Multifamilies Trade for $43M
Infinity Urban Century has acquired The Shelburne & The Sedgewick from Georgetown Company for $43,379,598. The properties feature 63 units & 92 units respectively originally constructed in the 1920s. Georgetown Company acquired both properties in 2012 for a combined $30M and made significant renovations to both buildings.
