Two Proposed Watertown Lab Developments Receive Approval
Spear Street Capital received approval for two adjoining proposed developments in Watertown.
Plans for the redevelopment of 405 Mount Auburn Street call for improvements to portions of the existing building and demolition to a section at the rear of the site which will be reconstructed as a two-story addition with a rooftop mechanical penthouse. The Project will feature 480,986 square feet of Office/Lab/R&D use when complete. The proposed addition increases floor area by 26,985 square feet.
64 Grove Street, also approved, will feature 55,806 square feet of Lab/R&D use when complete. Improvements at 64 Grove Street increases floor area by 361 square feet.
