Two Submissions Filed for Providence 195 District Parcel RFP Including a Corporate HQ Office Block
The I-195 Redevelopment Commission has received two responses to a request for proposal issued for parcels 8 and 8a in Fox Point.
Churchill & Banks has filed plans for a 172,000 square foot mixed-use tower. The 10-story tower would feature 52 luxury condominium units and 40,000 SF of ground-floor retail space.
D+P Real Estate proposes a mixed-use residential and office block. The project calls for two 5-story buildings featuring 65,000 SF of office space for a corporate headquarters as well as 69 residential units and 169 parking spaces.
