Two-Tower Waterfront Development Proposed in Gowanus
Applicant, Rafael Rabinowitz, has just filed permits for a 22 story mixed-use development at 395 Carroll Street in Brooklyn's Gowanus neighborhood. Developed by, , it would contain condo units. Designed by , the building would come in the form of a 2-tower design. These towers would be connected at the base by a 6-story podium. In addition to residential units, the square-foot development would have square feet of commercial space, and an enclosed parking area with a vehicle capacity. The vacant project site is located on the banks of the Gowanus Canal, and as such, development plans include a yard space along the waterfront.
