Two-Towered Mixed-Use Project Proposed For Miami Dade County
A pair of mixed-use rectangular superstructures are being planned for the sites at 9180 and 9200 S. Dixie Highway. The structures will sit on a total of 1.02 acres of land and if approved will bring 500 multifamily residential units, 4,851 square feet of ground floor retail, and 668 parking spaces to the neighborhood. Developers also plan for the two towers to be connected with one building being 20 stories high and one being 25 stories. The two buildings combined would bring over 780,000 Square feet of mixed-use space. The south tower would have a landscaped pool deck on the 20th floor with several other amenity spaces, and the north tower would have a fitness center and a covered outdoor terrace on the 10th floor.
