Two Towers Consisting of 320 Units Proposed for Downtown Quincy
A proposal by LBC Boston to construct two mix-use towers with 320 residential units in downtown Quincy is under official review.
The Quincy Planning Board approved a land disposition agreement with LBC Boston for parcels R2 and R3 worth $3.5 million and $1.3 million respectively. The parcels, straddling a newly constructed public parking garage, is part of the massive development taking place in Quincy Center.
LBC is proposing a five to seven-story mixed-use building with 115 to 145 units for the R2 parcel and a seven-story, 210 to 250-unit mixed-use building for parcel R3.
