Tysons Ridge Opening: Buyers camp out overnight to be first in line
On Saturday, EYA hosted our VIP preview event for EYA's newest neighborhood, Tysons Ridge. With unprecedented interest in the community, more than 500 people attended the opening event. Buyers camped out overnight to be first in line to purchase a home on Sunday morning, and 18 homes sold on the first day!
While camping out overnight, future neighbors enjoyed getting to know each other and EYA team members welcomed them in the morning with coffee and donuts.
Tysons Ridge will feature 104 modern new townhomes offering 3-5 bedrooms, loft level with rooftop terrace and private garage parking. The community will include beautiful outdoor gathering spaces such as a fitness area, children's playground, seating areas with firepit, walking trail and more.
