Unanimous Approval Granted to Developers for Downtown 6th Project in Miami, Fl
Miami’s Urban Development Review Board unanimously voted to recommend approval for the residential project, Downtown 6th. The approval was given on February 15th with the following suggestions: evaluate the relationship between the historic building (church) across the street and to simplify the design language with the horizontal and vertical aspects
Downtown 6th will feature a 54-story tower offering 824 units and over 2000 square feet of commercial space.
