Under Construction Weymouth Mixed-Use Project Financed for $29M
The upcoming mixed-use project at 1400 Main Street in Weymouth has been financed for $29M through Bank of New England. The project is set to feature 153 residential units, 7,000 square feet of commercial space, and 210 parking spaces. The 2.9-acre site is next to the parking lot for the South Weymouth commuter rail station.
