Underground Utilities Nearly Complete at Villas at Gulf Coast
Construction crews are wrapping up the installation of underground utilities and have begun installing the road base at Villas at Gulf Coast in Fort Myers. Construction was delayed due to Hurricane Ian. Located off Alico Road, just east of I-75, Villas at Gulf Coast will offer 140 horizontal rental units. Each unit is a standalone apartment with its own backyard. The one, two and three-bedroom units range in size from 750 square feet to 1,300 square feet. The backyards start at 300 square feet and will vary in size, depending on the size of the apartment unit. Plans are to have the first 20 finished in fall 2023 and all 140 units completed in the first quarter of 2024.
