Union on Knox Tops Out
Last week John Moriarty celebrated the topping out of concrete on the Knox Road project in College Park.
The 788-bed mixed-use student housing development will feature a grand stair connecting downtown College Park to the University of Maryland campus. The building will have numerous amenities for future student residents, including a festival street at Sterling Place surrounded by ten new retail spaces.
