United States GSA to Sell 50+ Acres for $6.1 Million in Weymouth
The U.S. General Services Administration has announced it has received a highest bidder for 52 acres off Shea Memorial Drive in Weymouth - named Weymouth Woods - at $6,110,000. Part of a 1,500-acre redevelopment of the South Weymouth Naval Air Station named "Union Point", phase one of the project consisted of 107 age-restricted residential units.
