Upcoming Newton Condo Project Financed for $12.4M
Northern Lights Development has secured $12.4M in financing for their 20 Kinmonth Road project through Commonwealth Cooperative Bank. The development that will replace the former Waban Health Center is set to include 24 condos with garage parking for 24 cars. A building permit for the project was pulled on May 5th.
