Update for Greenpoint Mixed-Use Development
An application for a mixed-use development at 79 Quay Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn is quickly progressing through the public review stage. Submitted by , the application requests zoning map and text amendments to facilitate the construction of a story mixed-use building. Developed by Henry Einhorn, it would total square feet, and contain residential units. There would also be square feet of retail space, likely to be located on the ground floor. A few weeks ago, the application was reviewed by the Borough President. Since then, it has also been reviewed by the City Planning Commission, who still needs to vote on the project. Once the vote is complete, the application will be passed along to the City Council for further evaluation.
