Update for Rego Park Mixed-Use Development
Slowly but surely, the public review process is moving along for a proposed project at 98-81 Queens Boulevard in Rego Park, Queens. The City Planning Commission (CPC) has now finished reviewing Trylon LLC's application, which seeks zoning map and text amendments to facilitate a new 15-story mixed-use building. The square-foot development by RJ Capital Holdings would contain residential units, and square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. The CPC will now have to vote on the application before it can be passed to the City Council. The City Council will then have 50 days to hold a separate hearing and conduct their own vote.
