Updated DSUP Application Filed for TideLock Redevelopment
Updated plans have been presented for the redevelopment of TideLock along N. Fairfax Street in Old Town North. The plans address staff concerns including pedestrian-friendly site design, successful arts, and cultural use integration, and building massing relations to site frontage. The proposed 3 building conversion will feature 234 residential units along with 6,599 square feet of retail and 5,000 square feet of arts and cultural uses.
